Refund policy

We love our customers and your satisfaction is very important to us. We will do everything we can to make you happy.

If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item for a different color, that's no problem. To be eligible, your item must be returned within 60 days of purchase. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for missing incoming deliveries. The goods must be unused, in the same condition you received them in and they must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EverSilk.com takes great pride in our product quality. For those rare occasions when a customer receives damaged, defective or mis-shipped (incorrect) items, our Customer Care team is available to make things right. Please contact us within 3 days of shipment receipt and we'll take care of you!
